Lead Generator

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business-to-Business Sales Consultant to join our team and spearhead our new Campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within the mobile telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Initiating outreach calls to potential clients through our automated dialler system
  • Follow an introduction script
  • Building relationships with small business customers
  • Ask qualifying questions
  • Commit potential clients on completing a deal today if they are completely happy
  • Handling objections
  • Great tonality
  • Strong personality
  • Achieving and exceeding targets

Success Measures (What success in the role looks like)

  • Achieve all lead generation and data enrichment targets in a consistent manner (month-by-month)
  • Achieve all agreed activity targets
  • Operate within the quality guidelines
  • Achieve all objectives agreed with the Customer Growth Sales Manager
  • Receive above par scores from customer satisfaction surveys and internal feedback.

Requirements:

  • Must reside in Cape Town.
  • Must have a smart phone device to complete 2-step verification process
  • Fluent in English

Qualifications:

  • Matric (Completed)

Experience:

  • 12 months proven B2B sales or Lead Generator experience (must stipulate on CV)
  • 12 months international contact centre experience – UK (preferred)
  • Proven track history of excelling in sales KPIs
  • Lead Generator: 1 year (Required)
  • Computer literate with experience of sales CRM, and/or Lead Management systems.
  • Cold Calling (Required – must stipulate on CV)

Commission: Based on Targets achieved
