Operations Manager - International Contact Centre ( US HOURS)

This team member will be an amplify5 Operations Manager, responsible for managing multiple different workstreams across multiple different industries. They will be supported by a group of Team Leaders, responsible for our exciting new Campaign focusing in Customer Service within the Travel Industry.
Given the broad range of responsibilities the ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Operations Manager role
- Have 2 years experience of working with International Clients
- Experience in managing direct client interactions at a senior level
- Experience in managing in a multi-client environment
- Proficient written and verbal communications skills
- Be able to multi-task and deliver in a fast paced environment
The ideal candidate must be comfortable and willing to work US Hours, Onsite.

This will require face to face office time in our Lower Long Street offices.

Pay: Up to R50 000,00 per month
