For over two decades, our founder, Alastair Brass, worked with some of the biggest outsourcing providers in the world. But no matter the partner, the challenges remained the same: rigid contracts, impersonal relationships, and promises that didn’t always deliver.
Alastair knew there had to be a better way.
So, in 2021, he brought together a team of experts who shared his vision: a company that truly understands its clients because it’s been in their shoes. The result is amplify5—a business that helps deliver the outcomes needed in whatever outsourced function and delivers offshoring solutions that feel personal, seamless, and impactful.

Our story
“I founded amplify5 to abolish the pain points I have personally experienced when outsourcing thousands of customer service, inbound and outbound sales, or back-office administration roles.”
For the first 25 years of my corporate career, I was on the other side of the outsourcing relationship.
As an executive at blue chip businesses from Procter and Gamble to Marks and Spencer, I was a client to many high-profile global Business Process Outsourcing firms.
But I became increasingly frustrated with their lack of innovation and agility, and concerned about the way their employees around the world were being treated.
I knew there had to be a better way, so I started to imagine a new kind of offshore outsourcing business that focused on its clients and colleagues.
It was that thinking that led to the creation of amplify5 and our offshoring as a service model.
And the name?
In all my years as a client, I wanted my outsourcing partner to ‘amplify’ my business, to help me deliver the outcomes I needed in whatever function I had outsourced.
