Aim: New UK provider had to deliver outstanding service for customers but keep operating costs to a minimum.
What we did:  Create a fully flexible offshored operations and billing team, using process improvement techniques and a defined daily operating rhythm.
Outcome: Created a one team approach despite being 6000 miles apart.

TRAVEL COMPANY (FTSE 250) SALES BACK OFFICE ADMINISTRATION OUTSOURCING

Aim: Full workload and cost analysis to try and reduce the cost of sales related administration tasks.
What we did: Process engineering exercise reduced the overall workload and we split the end to end process to enable majority of work to be offshored
Outcome: Delivered a 60% cost saving to the business within six months.

ENERGY RETAILER (FTSE 100) DIGITAL CONVERSATIONS OUTSOURCING

Aim: Customer desire to open up more digital based communication.
What we did: Designed technology and process solution to start up sister offshore digital team, as base product level couldn’t support onshore solution.
Outcome: Customer value based routing ensured the consumer reaches the right colleague first time.

ELECTRICAL RETAILER (FTSE 100) QUALITY ASSURANCE OUTSOURCING

Aim: FCA regulated business needed to maintain ability to monitor customer outcomes but had a burning desire to reduce the cost to serve.
What we did: Developed a solution to offshore the QA function whilst maintaining all compliance requirements
Outcome: Removed over 60% of the cost base within six months.

ENERGY RETAILER (FTSE 100) WINTER RESILIENCE AND SUPPORT

Aim:  Help UK service business ramp up during the coming winter to tackle workload capacity issues.
What we did: An offshore resource augmentation model and through process engineering we extracted sections of work to be completed in South Africa.
Outcome: An agile business unit at low cost that could ramp up and down, avoiding capacity issues when demand grew.
