· Matric (Completed)

Experience:

· 12 Months Unbroken International Contact Centre Experience

· 12 Months Unbroken Outbound Sales experience

Skills and Knowledge:

• Natural closer: Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed targets, demonstrating exceptional persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Good language skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Quick learner: Ability to grasp new technology and processes quickly, adapting to changes and leveraging tools effectively.
• Innovative: taking on a challenge, able to “think on your feet”
